Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and offered an excellent mountain view, but unfortunately, they were in a noisy location over a parking garage, which made it loud at all times of the night. The service was super friendly and accommodating, but the dining was overpriced for what was served. The location was central to town, making it convenient for exploring, despite being situated away from the downtown area. The facilities were adequate, with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable overall. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very nice, although the microwave was quite small and an unexpected additional charge was applied upon departure. The service was a mixed bag - some staff members were very friendly and helpful, while others lacked a customer service orientation. The location was convenient, central to town, and comfortable, but the amenities were pared down during the off-season. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with the food quality ranging from excellent to disappointing. The hotel facilities were decent, but with a few drawbacks.
The hotel rooms were nice with real dishes and great balconies, but need more light and hooks to hang ski clothes. Though facing the street and next to a high school, making it a bit noisy to relax on the balcony in the afternoon. However, the room was not ready until 6 pm upon our arrival.
